Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented IT Support Executive to deliver reliable day-to-day IT operations and Level 1 support across MTFA locations in Singapore (HQ, DI/DIL, IKCs, IC, IEH/childcare). You will manage incident resolution, keep tickets and knowledge tidy, handle device and account lifecycle, and ensure smooth onboarding/offboarding so staff can work securely and without friction. You’ll operate under the IT head and partner closely with the IT Operations Executive (L2/L3).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Incident & Ticket Management

• Respond promptly to user tickets via portal/chat/phone and provide clear updates through to closure.
• Triage and resolve L1 incidents (workstations, standard apps, printing/Wi-Fi); escalate to L2/L3 per runbook.
• Log every case in the ITSM platform with accurate category/priority, SLA timer, and resolution notes (link a knowledge article where applicable).

2. IT Asset & User Support (Singapore sites)

• Manage laptops/desktops, peripherals, and loaners; coordinate repair/RMA when required.
• Enrol, configure, and troubleshoot endpoints using the endpoint-management platform (MDM) in line with policy.
• Reimage/re-enrol devices to restore compliance or during tech refresh.

3. User Onboarding & Offboarding (Identity & Access)

• Execute standard account and access tasks in the collaboration/identity suite via runbooks (joiners, movers, leavers).
• Conduct IT onboarding for productivity and collaboration tools.
• Secure offboarding: disable accounts, revoke sessions/MFA as required, reclaim licenses, back up user data per SOP, and wipe/re-provision devices.

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Document technical issues, resolutions, and maintenance activities.
• Prepare periodic IT support reports for management review.
• Maintain updated records of configurations, procedures, and user manuals.

5. Daily & Weekly Operations

• Monitor endpoint compliance (encryption, patch status, MDM policies) and perform basic network health checks (Wi-Fi/printing/meeting rooms).
• Maintain the IT asset register and accurate device/user records.
• Surface recurring issues and propose quick fixes; keep end-user knowledge-base articles current.

6. General IT Support

• Perform basic connectivity triage (device/app/Wi-Fi symptoms); escalate persistent LAN/VPN issues to L2/L3 with clear notes.
• Provide on-site support across MTFA locations and events when needed.

About the Role

The Role

As Senior Analyst, you will support production, validation and analysisof actuarial model outputs across all relevant reporting bases (including EEC,BMA EBS, USGAAP LDTI, IFRS17, MAS, KICS). You will work closely with othermembers of Valuation Team to ensure modelling processes are coordinated andcarried out effectively for both Financial Reporting and Business Planningprocesses. The role offers exposure to a wide variety of work, covering alllines of business, regions and legal entities.

Collaboration with other teams will be crucial, as you'll be responsiblefor delivering modelling insights to a wide range of stakeholders across CAteams. You'll gain exposure and capabilities within the team to ensure that wecan respond to the increasingly complex needs of a growing global reinsurer,such as conducting sensitivities and scenarios or modelling newnon-proportional retrocession arrangements.

The role is part of a large, global sub-team, and so you will have theopportunity to gain substantial experience in global team collaborations. Youwill work with other members of CA both locally and globally, ensure effectivecommunication within the sub-team and with others. You will be part of a highperforming team and contribute to the working culture.

Role Responsibilities

·    Support the production of actuarial model outputsacross various reporting bases (including EEC, BMA EBS, USGAAP LDTI, IFRS17,MAS, KICS) for Financial Reporting and Business Plan, across multiple legalentities

·    Assist in ad-hoc modelling requests from various CAteams, such as modelling potential new Retrocession structures or carrying outstress / scenario modelling runs.

·    Performing controls and validations to ensure thecompleteness and accuracy of modelled results

·    Developing and maintaining a close workingrelationship with other members of Valuation Team, as well as other CA teams

·    Document controls for model inputs, outputs and otherprocesses related to Financial Reporting and Business Plan

·    Continuous improvement of modelling processes,including supporting related deliverables from the Unify program

·    Specifying model requirements and testing newdevelopments

·    Assisting with model updates and runs on other basesas required

Skills & Experience

·    Part qualified actuary with minimum of 3 years’experience in life insurance or life reinsurance

·    Experience with actuarial modelling software (Tychepreferred) and proficient with Microsoft Excel

·    Experience of challenging / improving processes and contributingto continuous improvement

·    Experience overseeing change and the introduction ofnew processes, controls and systems

·    Good understanding of the Corporate Actuarialfunction

·    Good understanding of reporting bases (for exampleEEC, BMA EBS, USGAAP LDTI, IFRS17, MAS, KICS)

Job Summary

The Investment Analyst delivers timely portfolio performance analysis, manages client relationships, and supports investment strategy formation to drive client retention and portfolio growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of investment strategies for potential and existing clients to align with their financial goals
• Manage client relationships proactively by updating clients on portfolio performance and market trends using Salesforce and client matrix tools
• Draft investment collaterals including weekly market updates, monthly macroeconomic EDMs, and investment recommendation templates to support client communication
• Oversee end-to-end trading processes, including trade submission and verification, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Manage money market holdings and implement drip feeding strategies for in-house and third-party investment products
• Deliver accurate and timely portfolio performance analysis reports to inform investment decisions
• Provide concise macroeconomic updates to Partners during Monthly Strategy Meetings (MSMs)
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of in-house and third-party investment funds and portfolio models to support recommendations
• Perform yield calculations to evaluate the suitability of continuing or replacing existing investment solutions
• Drive retention of Funds Under Management (FUM) and Assets Under Management (AUM) through effective portfolio and client management

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree preferably specializing in Investment Finance with at least 3 years of relevant experience in financial services, banking, wealth management, or investments
• Strong communication skills demonstrated by fostering relationships with clients and internal stakeholders and influencing investment strategy decisions
• Confidence and proficiency in client-facing activities such as portfolio review meetings and investment recommendations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret portfolio performance data and derive actionable insights
• Proficient in portfolio performance analysis and valuation techniques, applying best practices and methodologies
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Adaptability to change by embracing new challenges, adjusting communication style to suit audiences, and managing ambiguity effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), FE Analytics, and FE Cashcalc for data analysis and client communication
• CFA or relevant qualifications (CMFAS M5, M9, M9A, M8, M8A, HI) considered an added advantage

Responsibilities

Requirements
