Job scope

a. Technical Proficiency

• Provide technical advices to project managers and engineers

• Provide technical write-ups

• Resolving related electrical / mechanical matters

• Provide training and mentoring of electrical / mechanical Engineers

• Collection and investigation of necessary information for future projects/ tenders, development of relationship with potential clients and consultants for future projects

• Interpretation of specifications, terms and conditions, drawings and any other relevant documents

b. Operation Leads

• Monitor of project cashflow and P&L.

• Attend meetings with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors with project managers to sort out operations issues.

• Provide advices or solutions to site issues, manpower deployment etc.

• Assist the site team on obtaining Variation Orders (VOs), Value Engineering, Recruitment

• Settlement of claims from client, subcontractors, suppliers and any other parties related to the projects Provide solution to projects management, site issues, technical issues, manpower deployment
