Following our highly successful commercial launch and high-profile brand pilot campaigns, we are rapidly expanding our merchant network in Singapore. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, high-caliber Partnership & Sales / BD Executive to own our B2B ecosystem growth from 0 to 1.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the SG Merchant Pipeline: Identify, pitch, and close high-value B2B partnerships with local lifestyle, F&B, sports, and retail brands in Singapore to integrate into the KIX gaming ecosystem.
- Ecosystem Co-Branding: Design and pitch tailor-made mini-game campaigns that help local merchants solve their core retention and customer lifetime value (LTV) challenges.
- Account & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for onboarded local partners, ensuring smooth campaign execution alongside our internal Product and Engineering teams.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive market research on local merchant vulnerabilities, identifying structural trends in the Singapore casual retail/F&B landscape to optimize our value proposition.
Who We Are Looking For (Requirements)
- Startup Mindset & Experience: 1–3 years of solid B2B sales, corporate partnership, or business development experience, preferably within a fast-paced tech startup, digital agency, or SaaS environment.
- Local Market Mastery: Deep familiarity with the Singapore local commercial landscape, with a strong preference for candidates holding an existing network within local F&B, retail, or entertainment sectors.
- Strategic Communicator: Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills. You must be comfortable presenting to business owners, directors, and corporate decision-makers.
- Autonomous Executioner: A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, embraces ownership, and prefers building long-term ecosystem value over transactional quick wins.
- Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in Singapore (The role strictly focuses on driving growth within the local Singapore market).
