As Senior Manager of Design DQA, you will lead a team responsible for shift-left, preventive quality and reliability activities related to Design and Live Die Reliability. You and your team will identify New, Unique, Difficult, and Different (NUDD) design and live die risks for each product in the DRAM portfolio and drive cross-functional teams to validate and mitigate identified risks prior to qualification. Your team will also analyze design live die related qualification failures, customer issues, and internal escalations to identify gaps in our existing processes and ensure that these gaps are addressed on existing and future products. You and your team will be the Design and Live Die subject matter experts (SMEs) for DEMQRA and GQ, and act as technical advisors for complex issues and assist in risk assessments for those issues. Responsibilities:

Minimum Qualifications:

As a Global Facilities Quality Senior Program Manager, you will work closely with all the major functional organizations within Global Facilities, & with the world-wide site Facilities, Global Quality and other major corporate organizations to drive Quality systems projects/programs from initiation to completion. These projects/programs are critical to the success of Facilities and the overall network.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Collaborate with Global & Site Facilities team to proactively manage projects/programs, such as Management of Change (MOC), Calibration, Effective Problem Solving (EPS), Global Deviation Management System (GDMS), Risk-Based Thinking (RBT) Risk & Opportunity (R&O) depository, etc. to enhance “Manage Facilities” Quality Management System (QMS) Business Process (BP).

Qualifications

The successful candidate for this position will have:

As a FECOS Inventory Control Senior Manager at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be responsible for overseeing the management of the FECOS Probe team, PC (Production Control) team as well as planning projects team. These teams are primarily responsible to help to improve Probe and Non-Productive Wafers (NPW) Operations planning and execution within the tactical horizon window, as well as overall Planning Projects across the strategic horizon.

• Conduct ongoing metrics reviews of critical group deliverables to the business. • Establish weekly projection plans and step goals and monitor probe/NPW performance to control the variance of plan.

• Provide MFG-related data support for the site business plan and work with IE and ENG to build related capacity model

• Optimise line efficiency to drive for max probe output to meet the output/sample plan at lowest cost.

• Responsible for establishing governance on best known methodologies and practices to be applied across the Front End network.

• Provide direct leadership on the most critical group deliverables and escalated performance items to ensure barriers are removed, and correct resources are applied. Ensure that timely and transparent communication with business partners if performance issues will risk business objectives.

• Provide monthly one-on-one sessions to review progress and adjust training and performance goals.
