Job Description

Sales Coordination (60–70%)

• Handle sales enquiries from customers in Singapore, Southeast Asia, and India

• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and trading companies to resolve issues related to orders

• Ensure smooth processing of shipments and accurate documentation flow

• Prepare sales-related documents (e.g. purchase orders, invoices, credit notes, delivery notes) using ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA)

• Liaise with suppliers and customers regarding all sales activities

• Assist in arranging imported raw materials (primarily via trading companies) from Japan and other countries

• Create and process procurement-related documentation in SAP system

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely procurement aligned with sales demand

Administrative & Operational Support

• Provide support for internal and external audits by preparing and submitting required documents

• Handle telephone and general enquiries

Job Requirement

• At least 3 years of experience in sales coordination, order management, procurement or related functions

Main purpose of the job

The Liaison Director plays a critical role in bridging the gap between the global and regional units of a global organization and connects Global Procurement Office with Asahi Group Holdings. The focus should be on promoting effective collaboration and alignment while achieving procurement excellence at both global and regional levels with primary focus on Asahi Group Japan.

- Monitor inventory level and maintain accurate stock records  

- Receive incoming goods and verify quantity and condition against delivery documents  

- Arrange proper storage and labeling of materials, spare parts, and equipment  

- Prepare packing, labeling, and outgoing shipment arrangements  

- Support loading and unloading activities when required  

- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, orderliness, and material arrangement  

Logistics Coordination  

- Coordinate deliveries, collections, and shipment schedules  

- Liaise with courier companies, transport providers, and logistics partners  

- Track shipment status and follow up on delivery schedules  

General Support  

- Assist internal departments with material preparation and administrative support  

- Perform ad hoc duties assigned by management  

Requirements  

- Minimum secondary education, diploma, or relevant working experience  

- Good communication and coordination skills  

Preferred Qualities  

- Able to multitask between warehouse and office work  

- Good follow-up ability  

- Positive working attitude  

Work Day: 5 Days,

Working Time: 8.30am to 6pm
