The selected candidate will be required to provide consultation and engineering service to the execution phase of the project. He/she will also be involved in the generation and ownership of IQ/OQ/PQ documentation and the GoLive Support.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and provide solutions for MES & ERP problems in recipe execution and recipe authoring.
• Liaise with QA to provide approved change control documentation for all MES system changes.
• Design, create, write and execute to a high-quality standard, test and validation protocols, risk assessments, and system documentation.
• Design, create, write and/or make all required changes to MES & ERP Recipes, worksheets, equipment and material spec's including phase transition logic to a high-quality standard.

• Liaise with Global MES on required system improvements.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage service and maintenance operations for security systems
• Supervise and guide a team of Technical Officers
• Act as the main point of contact for client service-related matters

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related field
• At least 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent hands-on expertise in security / CCTV / ELV systems
• Experience leading a team or supervising projects is preferred
• Strong communication and client management skills to liaise with stakeholders and clients
• Hands-on experience in installation, testing, and commissioning is an advantage

The Assistant Manager, Technical responsible in leading the technical coordination and design management aspects of construction projects.

• Lead and manage a team of Design/Coordination Engineers in coordinating design drawings with consultants that complies with authorities regulations and project specifications.

• Act as the key liaison between consultants, clients, contractors, and authorities on all design-related matters.

• Guide the team in preparing technical submissions such as shop drawings, materials approval, and method statements for construction.

• Coordinate and track submission processes to local authorities to ensure compliance and approvals.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Civil/ Structural Engineering with minimum 6 years’ relevant working experience within a construction or engineering consultancy environment.

• Strong knowledge of local building codes, authority regulations, and construction methodologies

• Independent, analytical, highly motivated with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills

• Candidates with 'Design for Safety for Professionals' certification will be added advantage

Responsibilities

• In-charge for technical, maintenance and repair activities across Asia
• Confidently reviewing, validating and approving repair estimates submitted by depots
• Ensure works are justified, cost effective and compliant with company & industry standards
• Efficiently challenge discrepancies, escalate issues and monitor repair execution to ensure timely completion
• Manage tank testing activities – such as periodic, pressure and leakage
• Actively support asset turnaround to minimize repair and testing lead times
• Monitor idle units and ensuring tanks are released on time for next lease
• Closely collaboration with internal &external stakeholders
• Engage with customer related to repair estimates and provide tech support to Sales for complex modifications
• Cost control and data accuracy are central to this position and documentation is a core part
• Validate and summarize M&R costs, support accurate cost allocation
• Prepare M&R reports, timely system updates to repairs, accruals and documentation

• Solid technical knowledge of ISO tank containers and repair standards
