This role will play a critical part in executing succession, leadership development, and learning initiatives that support business growth and build capability.

• Support the design and delivery of talent management and succession frameworks.
• Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to identify key talent, assess succession readiness, and implement targeted development actions.
• Coordinate talent reviews and contribute to pipeline reporting, analytics, and insights.
• Work with Talent Acquisition on pipelines of future-ready skills and external talent pools.

Who we are looking for:

• 12 -15years’ HR experience with focus in talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and understanding of the latest talent management and succession practices and execution of culture interventions (high level).
