Job Summary

Join Apex Retail’s sales team to actively promote and sell premium skincare products, deliver expert advice, and build strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets and enhance the customer shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell skincare products to achieve or exceed monthly sales targets
• Stay updated on skincare product features and market trends to provide accurate and expert advice to customers
• Assist customers by assessing their skincare needs and recommending suitable products to enhance their satisfaction
• Demonstrate proper use of skincare products to customers to increase product understanding and encourage purchases
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships by following up on their skincare needs and feedback
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for customers
• Mentor and guide junior staff to support their development and improve team performance

What we're looking for

1. Preferably NITEC in Dental Assisting or Certificate in Health Care Assistance Course

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to support the delivery of Youth Preventive Health Services (YPS) programmes, including Grow Well SG initiatives.

This role plays a key part in coordinating school health programmes, developing programme resources, and supporting stakeholders across public health initiatives.

1. Programme & Resource Development

• Develop materials (digital and print) to support Health Plans, Grow Well SG, and YPS programmes (e.g. booklets, toolkits, playbooks, briefing materials)
• Support training and familiarisation of staff on newly developed resources
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, healthcare professionals, and partner agencies
• Track programme progress and recommend improvements where necessary

2. School Health Programme Coordination
