Responsibilities
Oversee daily outlet operations and ensure smooth workflow
Coordinate staff duties and support daily manpower arrangements
Monitor service quality and ensure company procedures are followed
Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and service-related matters professionally
Support appointment arrangements, daily schedules, and operational planning
Check sales records, payment records, receipts, and basic daily reports
Maintain a clean, organised, and presentable outlet environment
Assist in inventory checking and basic stock coordination when required
Work closely with management to improve daily operational efficiency
Perform other related duties assigned by the company
Requirements
Relevant experience in operations, customer service, retail, beauty, wellness, or service industry is preferred
Able to manage daily outlet operations independently
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Able to handle customer-facing situations professionally
Responsible, organised, and able to follow company procedures
Able to work in a fast-paced service environment
Able to work on weekends, public holidays, or shift hours when required
