Role Summary

Minimum Requirements

• Experience: Experienced business professional, preferably with 3-4 years of relevant industry expertise in Customer Success, SaaS platform use, or related fields.

The Manager / Senior Manager (Customer Service) is responsible for overseeing and optimizing three core service areas: Field Service, Outsourced Call Centre, and Service Centre Operations. 1. Field Service & Service Centre Operations

Specialized Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Must be fluent in Japanese - Credentialed or certified at an N2 level or better. Alternatively, the candidate must be able to demonstrate a command of Japanese speaking, writing, and presenting skills. The candidate will be interviewed in Japanese by a native speaker.
• Must possess C2 in CPE (Cambridge Proficiency Exam) or IELTS (International English Language Testing System ) at a band level of 7 or higher or proficiently able to demonstrate a command of English speaking, writing, and presenting. Assistant Operation Manager (Bereavement Service)

Responsibility

• Lead daily operations by conducting morning briefings, coordinating with Team Leaders, and ensuring smooth execution of funeral service activities.

• Manage service scheduling and operational reporting, including preparing monthly standby and shift rosters and providing budget updates to the Finance Department.

• Monitor service quality and client feedback, addressing concerns from families and internal teams while ensuring services are conducted in accordance with required rituals, customs, and company standards.

• Improve operational processes and documentation by reviewing SOPs, templates, forms, and workflow systems in collaboration with Team Leaders.

• Support HR and staff welfare initiatives, including managing leave approvals, overtime, recruitment support, and maintaining staff morale and well-being.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and oversee compensation matters while carrying out additional operational duties as required.

Requirements

• At least 2-4 years of management experience
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license
• Willingness to work overtime and perform night standby duties when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of accounting and tax executives.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting and tax operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency and on-time filings.
• Review full sets of accounts and GST reports prepared by the team.
• Review unaudited financial statements and tax computations.
• Ensure all client deliverables and statutory deadlines are met.
• Prepare resolutions, AGM documents and changes in company officers/shareholding.
• Maintain and update statutory records in line with legal requirements.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
• Handle queries promptly and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Support sales team in documentation, onboarding, grants, and follow-ups.

• Perform other ad hoc assignments and special projects as needed.
