The Centre Manager provides overall strategic, research and operational leadership for RIMA, the Centre for Research on Islamic and Malay Affairs of AMP Singapore. This is the head-of-centre role with overall accountability for RIMA’s strategy, delivery and performance.

• Provide regular statistical reporting and updates of various survey projects progress alongside survey statistics. 
• Provide sound recommendations to strategic plans and reviews. 
• Develop project plans with identified resources and budgetary needs. 
• Prepare and complete action plans devised in the efforts to improve quality and customer service standards. 
• Implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. 
• Conduct after-action reviews to improve processes and propose new initiatives. 
• Manage various stakeholders to ensure that operations are aligned with desired business outcomes.
• Provide guidance and advice to survey interviewers to ensure that the surveys are conducted in a timely manner and expected behavior and efficiency standards are achieved. 
• Perform Root Cause Analysis for service failures and develop future preventive measures and SOPs. 
• Responsible for Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and crisis management SOPs. 
• Coordinate with various survey teams to provide solutions for escalated cases. 
• Manage deadlines and ensure timeliness of data collection.
• Any other ad-hoc duties

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum3 year working experience in solution-based sales, preferably within the industry or similar
