Seeking an experienced project manager who is responsible for overseeing a construction project. He/she will lead the project from beginning to end, with knowledge about regulations, permits and project management methodology. Able to work well with others, highly organized and detail oriented.

Job Descriptions:

· Manage the day-to-day site operations, deal with site technical & design issues, communicate & liaise with Clients, Architects, Consultants, Developers & key stakeholders of project from beginning to till final completion of project.

· Manage and coordinate all aspects of assigned projects from start to finish, ensuring that projects are smooth in operation and completing on time, within budget, good quality and to the satisfaction of clients.

· Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and other project-related documentation.

· Attend all required project meetings with consultants and clients, including necessary follow-ups and ensuring that project goals and objectives are met.

· Setting up site meeting with subcontractors, internal team members, and project related vendors to ensure effective progress of project.

· Identify project risks and develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.

· To protect company’s interest, minimizing company’s liability and risks exposure in the operation of projects on-site.

· Promote strong safety culture to construction project team and ensure site safety measures are always in place.

· Evaluation of Monthly Progressive Claim to Consultants & Client.

· Verify and approve periodical assessment of progress claims of sub-contractors/suppliers with the Project QS/Purchaser till the settlement of final account.

· Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, including subcontractors and vendors.

· Report to Project Directors & Senior Project Managers and to take responsibility on any other roles or tasks assigned from time to time.

Job requirements:

· Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.

· Good experience in managing and completing high end residential house projects (i.e. Good Class Bungalow or Bungalow grade) is strongly required.

· Strong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

· Proficiency with project management software and tools (i.e. autocad, MS Office & Project, etc).

· Able to station at work in project sites and travel to meeting venues as required.

· Minimum 5 years of project management experience in building/civil construction projects including interior design and construction industry.

Job Descriptions:

• Lead the implementation and enforcement of all Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements in compliance with MOM regulations, WSH Act, and LTA project specifications.
• Oversee and control the Permit-To-Work (PTW) system, ensuring strict compliance before any high-risk or construction activity commences.
• Conduct daily site safety inspections, surveillance, and proactive hazard identification to eliminate unsafe conditions and practices.
• Review work activities, assess risk controls, and ensure safety provisions are in place prior to approval of site operations.
• Drive incident prevention through timely investigation of accidents, dangerous occurrences, and near-misses, including root cause analysis and corrective action closure.
• Develop, review, and enforce Risk Assessments (RA), Safe Work Procedures (SWP), and Method Statements for all construction activities.
• Conduct regular safety briefings, toolbox meetings, pre-start meetings, and safety inductions for all site personnel and subcontractors.
• Monitor contractor compliance and ensure strict adherence to approved safety procedures and project safety plans.
• Coordinate closely with project management, consultants, and subcontractors to maintain a zero-incident safety culture.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities (MOM, LTA, etc.) during inspections, audits, and compliance reviews.
• Ensure proper implementation of site safety systems including CCTV monitoring, access control, and security coordination.
• Maintain and manage all WSH documentation including inspection records, audit reports, incident statistics, training records, and statutory submissions.
• Support preparation of monthly safety performance reports for submission to management and client.
• Manage documentation for statutory requirements including P&FM storage licence applications and renewals.
• Organise and support Safety Committee Meetings, safety campaigns, and safety promotion programmes to strengthen safety culture.
• Assist in preparation of submissions for industry recognition such as WSH SHARP Awards, ROSPA Awards, and other safety excellence programmes.
• Track manpower deployment and safety statistics, including submission of mandatory reports to authorities.
• Work closely with the WSH Manager to continuously improve site safety performance and compliance standards.

Job Requirements:

• Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with Ministry of Manpower (Singapore).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in LTA MRT projects, underground construction, or major infrastructure projects of similar scale and complexity.
• Strong familiarity with high-risk civil works including excavation, structural works, and rail infrastructure environments.
• Possess Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety and Health or equivalent recognised qualification.
• Strong knowledge of WSH legislation, LTA safety requirements, and construction safety management systems.
• Proven experience in PTW systems, RA/SWP implementation, and incident investigation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills in managing multi-national workforce and subcontractors.
• Ability to work independently under tight project timelines in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Willing to perform night shift work, weekend duties, and extended hours as required by project operations.
• Candidates with Environmental Control Officer (ECO) certification will have an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Review structural steel & metal works drawings, specifications, and designs to determine materials, steel grades, connections, and fabrication methods for accurate project analysis
• Measure steel sections, plates, bolts, and fittings including wastage allowances to perform precise quantity take-offs
• Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and project budgets covering fabrication, transport, erection, labor, and overheads
• Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotes, negotiate rates, manage contract variations, and ensure compliance with project scope during tendering and contract management
• Track actual costs against estimates, manage progress claims, approve payments, and identify opportunities for cost savings to control project expenses
• Collaborate with QA/QC teams to verify materials and fabrication meet specifications, incorporating rework or non-conformance costs into budgets
• Identify financial, material, and schedule risks and recommend mitigation strategies to manage project changes effectively
• Maintain accurate records and prepare cost reports, forecasts, and final accounts to support management decision-making

Job scope:

This role includes overseeing property upkeep, managing residents/tenants feedback and enquiries, supervision of pest management, estate inspections and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, leads the proper administration of the division, including cost management, verification of work done and performance management of vendors.

• Supervise and ensure Pest Control Officers engaged by Council regularly treat, deter and cull pests in our estate, in accordance with contractual obligations.
