• Prepare Interim Payment Certificates for Contracts, WOs, POs etc.
• Maintain the soft copies of BGs, insurance policies, certified bills with supporting documents.
• Ensure that the certification of bills is within the time frame as per the respective Contracts, WOs and PO.
• Prepare proposals and budget estimates for new contracts / tenders.

Job Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Strong interpersonal skills with prior cost estimation experience in a M&E construction environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to critically analyze issues and creatively identify solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Property Manager to join our Queensland Real Estate Management Services (REMS) team and be part of a diverse workforce. Based in our Brisbane CBD office, you will support a team of property managers for the service delivery and financial performance of a commercial and industrial portfolio. Job Descriptions:

• Lead the implementation and enforcement of all Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements in compliance with MOM regulations, WSH Act, and LTA project specifications.
• Oversee and control the Permit-To-Work (PTW) system, ensuring strict compliance before any high-risk or construction activity commences.
• Conduct daily site safety inspections, surveillance, and proactive hazard identification to eliminate unsafe conditions and practices.
• Review work activities, assess risk controls, and ensure safety provisions are in place prior to approval of site operations.

About the Role
We are a construction company in Singapore looking for a responsible and hands-on candidate to support contracts administration, procurement coordination and general office / project administration. The role is mainly administrative and coordination-based, with exposure to quotations, cost tracking and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in preparation of quotations, cost comparisons, simple estimates and supporting documents for claims and variation works.
2. Support contracts and commercial administration, including preparation of purchase orders, subcontract documents, correspondences and records.
3. Source, compare and coordinate procurement of materials, equipment and subcontract services based on project requirements and budget.
