We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Steel Structure Drafter to support our engineering and project teams in delivering accurate and timely shop drawings for steel structure works in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed shop drawings, as-build drawings, and fabrication drawings for steel structures (e.g. bollards, gratings, structural components)
• Interpret structural drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy and compliance
• Revise drawings based on comments and site conditions
• Ensure drawings comply with standards and project specifications
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers when necessary
• Maintain proper documentation and drawing records

Requirements

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Civil / Structural Engineering or related field
• Proficient in AutoCAD (mandatory); knowledge of Tekla or other 3D software is an advantage
• Experience in steel structure drafting / fabrication drawings preferred
• Familiar with Singapore construction practices and standards is an advantage
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines

• Lead and manage all engineering design activities for LNG and oil & gas projects, ensuring designs meet project specifications, codes, and standards.
