Well-Architected Framework Alignment: Serve as the custodian of cloud architectural integrity, ensuring all custom designs strictly map back to the AWS Well-Architected Framework and GCP Architecture Framework pillars (with a strong focus on Operational Excellence and Security).

Centralized Logging & Monitoring Architecture: Design enterprise-wide observability strategies. Define patterns for multi-account centralized logging, audit trails, real-time alerting, and telemetry aggregation required for operational visibility and compliance.

IaC Governance: Define the standards and architectural structures for Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Review configurations to ensure modular, secure, and compliant environments across client workloads.

Purpose-Fit Solution Design: Translate identified client challenges and strict technical/regulatory requirements into tailored, purpose-fit technical blueprints that solve specific business issues.

Delivery Accountability: Act as the technical lead and owner for assigned client engagements, maintaining full accountability for the successful execution and technical outcome of the final delivery.

Qualifications

Experience:

• 6 to 8 years of experience in cloud architecture, enterprise network engineering, or cloud infrastructure design.
• At least 2 years of active experience in a professional services or IT consulting environment.

Highly Regulated Environments (Plus):

• Strong track record of navigating architecture requirements for regulated industries (e.g., Public Sector, Financial Services) and compliance frameworks like IM8, SOC2, or ISO27001.

This position is intended for eminent overseas academics-such as international prize recipients or distinguished scholars-whose presence will enhance the academic standing and creative output of the faculty. We're looking for a hands-on Creative Producer to join our dedicated NPI production team. You'll own the full marketing asset production cycle - from concepting and planning through to final delivery - while also bringing a strong design eye to branded visual content. This is a great fit for someone who is equally comfortable on set and in Adobe Creative Suite.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Interpret creative briefs and lead internal brainstorming sessions to shape compelling visual concepts, presenting storyboards, mood-boards, and supporting design assets to stakeholders for alignment and buy-in. 
• Manage the full pre-production approval process across internal teams, before briefing external vendors and aligning on all production logistics including locations, talent, product samples, costings, and ensuring compliance with company policy on rights, licenses, and release documentation. 
• Manage video and photo shoots, ensuring storyboard frames, talent performance, scene composition, product representation, and location treatments are executed in full accordance with the approved creative and brand guidelines. 
• Review vendor-submitted edits with the internal team, ensuring all post-production elements — animation, titles, supers, and graphic elements — are compliant with brand guidelines. 
• Own the end-to-end approval process, managing all feedback loops and revision rounds with the vendor until sign-off is obtained, before overseeing final asset delivery in the correct formats and maintaining organized libraries of all production files. 

Job Summary
The Cost Manager is responsible for the cost and commercial management of commercial office fit‑out projects, covering both Interior Design (ID) and Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) works. The role supports projects from early design through construction and close‑out, ensuring delivery within approved budgets, programme requirements, and quality standards.

This role is ideal for a cost professional experienced in tenant fit‑outs, corporate workplaces, refurbishments, and restacking works, working closely with designers, project managers, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

Cost Planning & Budget Management

• Prepare initial cost estimates, detailed cost plans, and budgets for office fit‑out projects at all design stages.
• Provide cost advice during design development, including space planning, materials selection, finishes, and construction methods.
• Monitor and control costs throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with client budgets and commercial objectives.

Interior Design (ID) Cost Management – Office Fit‑Out

• Manage cost planning and control for office interior works, including partitions, ceilings, flooring, wall finishes, joinery, pantry fit‑outs, meeting rooms, and workplace amenities.
• Manage costing for FF&E, loose furniture, audiovisual elements, and specialist office requirements.
• Advise on cost implications of design changes, upgrades, and fast‑track delivery strategies common to office fit‑out projects.

CSA Cost Management – Fit‑Out & Refurbishment

• Prepare and manage cost estimates for fit‑out related CSA works, including minor structural works, raised floors, architectural modifications, façade interfaces, and refurbishment scope.
• Coordinate CSA and ID costs to ensure clear scope boundaries and avoid gaps or overlaps with building base‑build works.
• Support constructability reviews and value engineering for refurbishment and occupied‑building environments.

Tendering & Procurement

• Prepare tender documentation for office fit‑out trade packages, including ID and CSA works.
• Manage tender processes including tender queries, analysis, evaluation reports, and commercial recommendations.
• Advise on procurement strategies suitable for fast‑paced commercial office fit‑out projects.

Post‑Contract, Change & Commercial Management

• Manage post‑contract cost control, including progress valuations, variations, and change orders.
• Assess contractor claims and certify interim payments accurately and timely.
• Support final account settlement and commercial close‑out.

Reporting & Stakeholder Coordination

• Prepare regular cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and financial summaries for clients and project teams.
• Attend design, coordination, and site meetings to provide cost and commercial input.
• Work closely with Interior Designers, Project Managers, Engineers, and Contractors to align design, delivery, and budget objectives.

Governance & Knowledge Management

• Ensure compliance with agreed cost management processes and governance requirements.
• Capture project cost data, lessons learned, and best practices for continuous improvement across office fit‑out projects.

• Use graphic communication competence to strengthen the uniqueness and consistency of the IKEA identity in in-store and digital communication by applying the principles of IKEA visual and verbal identity.
• Actively contribute to the department action plan with initiatives that will grow the business and support long-term profitability and execute the agreed plans in close co-operation with other functions.
• Plan, implement and evaluate in-store and digital communication to ensure that it conveys the benefits of the IKEA Concept as well as completes and enhances range presentation by using proven solutions, best practices, guidelines and national directions.
• Actively contribute to developing, implementing and evaluating in-store and digital communication strategies that support a convenient shopping experience by using knowledge about life at home and shopping behaviour in the local market.
• Respect routines and responsibilities, work together with the Com&In team and other functions in the store, act quickly to exploit commercial opportunities and understand the impact of your actions on the financial results.
• Secure visual balance and consistency, quality and simplicity, cost-efficiency and sustainability in producing and implementing in-store and digital communication.

Responsible :

• Guide and coordinate the development of creative assets across campaign touchpoints including (but not limited to) in-mall signages, directories, digital and social media materials
• Conduct regular audits to ensure visual consistency and quality across all in-mall communication touchpoints.
• Conceptualise and produce campaign key visuals and design assets supporting marketing activations and seasonal campaigns.
• Maintain strong relationships with creative vendors and service providers to ensure quality production and timely delivery.
• Support marketing activations through photography, videography and multimedia content creation.
• Coach and mentor Design team in technical guidance and training in multimedia tools including motion graphics, photography and content creation, upskilling and optimising efficiency, providing feedback and support regularly
