What you'll do

● Build internal tools and small products that the design community across relies on, from process tools to ways of sharing information and rolling out programs

● Take a hypothesis and turn it into something real and usable, fast

● Work AI-native, using agentic coding tools as the core of how you build, and pushing to see how far they can take us

● Own the tools you build, maintaining them until they grow past a small-scale tool and can be handed off to others to scale

● Work alongside designers to understand what they need and build things that genuinely help them

What we're looking for

● 3-6 years building interactive work as a product designer, with more recent experience as a creative technologist, building interactive prototypes, or in front-end development

● Hands-on with agentic coding tools like Claude Code and Codex, and you've used them to ship real tools and products, not just demos

● You can take an ambiguous problem, define it, and break it down so it can be built well and hold up as it's used

● Enough technical understanding to build things that deploy and stay secure, and to collaborate smartly with people who go deeper on backend and infrastructure

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• At least 3 year of software engineer / backend development experience (Java / Node.Js) is preferable for this post
• Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals (operating systems, network principles, data structures, and algorithms)
• Programming Languages: High proficiency in Java (including JVM internals and performance tuning) or Node.js (including its event-driven architecture and asynchronous programming model). Proficiency in both is a significant plus.
• Frameworks & Middleware: Proficient with common open-source frameworks and tools such as Kafka, RocketMQ, Dubbo, Zookeeper, and Redis.
• Deep knowledge of MySQL, including schema design, SQL optimization, and database scaling strategies.
• System Experience: Proven, hands-on experience in building, deploying, and maintaining high-concurrency, high-performance, and high-availability systems.

Responsibilities

1. Campaign Development & Strategy

• Conceptualize and develop end-to-end marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives for product/service acquisition and usage within CBG Singapore.

• Contribute to the overall marketing campaign strategy by identifying opportunities for effective customer engagement and conversion.

• Integrate consumer insights and communication guidelines into campaign development.

2. Creative Asset Production

• Responsible for the development and production of creative assets for ATL and BTL channels, including digital advertisements, digital banners, social media content, out-of-home media, and other marketing collaterals.

• Ensure all creative materials adhere to branding standards and relevant advertising guidelines.

• Utilize creative resource libraries for graphic, web, and templates to support asset creation.

3. Copywriting

• Develop clear, concise, and compelling copy for all marketing materials across various platforms and channels.

• Tailor messaging to specific target customer segments to enhance clarity, relevance, and emotional resonance.

• Ensure accuracy and compliance of all content with regulatory requirements and marketing guidelines.

4. Campaign Execution & Optimization

• Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., product, insights, brand, and performance marketing) to ensure seamless campaign execution.

• Monitor campaign performance, gather feedback, and utilize insights for future campaign optimization and development.

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign development and creative execution.

• Strong portfolio showcasing successful marketing campaigns, including creative asset development and copywriting samples.

• Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and develop integrated marketing campaigns across ATL and BTL channels.
