Job Descriptions

Manage and coordinate with pharmacy retail chains such as Guardian and Watsons
Execute in-store activities including product listing, merchandising, and promotions

Track and manage basic sales data (sell-in / sell-out) with simple analysis
Support new product launches, POSM management, and inventory tracking
Assist in executing marketing campaigns at store level

Job Requirements

1–2 years of experience in offline retail / FMCG / healthcare industry (pharmacy channel preferred)
Experience working with pharmacy chains such as Guardian / Watsons is a strong advantage
Basic understanding of retail operations (listing, sell-through, merchandising, promotions)
Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets for data tracking and basic analysis
Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin), able to handle daily communication, emails, and reporting independently
Strong communication and execution skills, with the ability to coordinate across distributors, stores, and internal teams

1–2年線下零售/快消/保健品產業經驗（有藥局通路優先）

職責：

協助 QLASSIC (CIS7:2021) 和 BuildQAS 的策略實施
與品質經理一起，依照 ISO9001 標準在現場實施品質保證/品質控制管理體系，並制定專案品質計畫 (PQP)。
協調所有現場分包商和供應商的品質檢驗工作，並進行現場無損檢測。
根據專案要求和規範，制定微觀工作計畫和施工方案。
能夠識別各個工種，並依序執行各項工作，以確保符合建築和機電部門要求的品質標準。
就所有品質事宜與客戶代表協調。
參與現場內部和外部審核
制定並協調所有工作階段的品質現場檢查，包括進度檢查、交付前檢驗 (PDI)、竣工驗收 (CPC)、竣工驗收 (CCC)、設計檢驗 (DLP) 和最終驗收 (CMGD)。
確保從專案啟動到專案完成，所有品質文件均已編製完整，並用於品質記錄，包括竣工圖、運行維修文件和保固文件。
管控所有不符合項報告，並與現場團隊一起採取補救措施。
監督已批准的專案品質計劃（PQP）的實施情況
與（現場）專案負責人、施工經理、建築經理和機電經理協調所有品質問題，包括所有工程方法說明。
協調並主持與專案分包商品質控制人員舉行的每週現場品質保證/品質控制會議。

First Main Contractor for "Design and Build" In 2002, we secured our first job as the main contractor for the “Design and Build” project for the Rehabilitation and Beautification of Melaka River (Phases 1, 2 & 3) with a contract value exceeding RM234 million. This project was completed as scheduled and has set a new milestone for Pesona Metro for it was awarded the prestigious Pertubuhan Arkitek Malaysia (“PAM”) Award in 2009 for Category 8 (Special Category). It also won the Special Award for National Contribution in 2011 in the coveted FIABCI Malaysia Property Award. These accolades testified Pesona Metro’s reputation as a builder of timely delivery and exceptional quality. "Design and Build" for Timah Tasoh Dam In 2006, Pesona Metro secured the construction of Zehn Bukit Pantai in Kuala Lumpur, which was a two-block 25-storey luxurious condominium. Other prominent projects completed by Pesona Metro include Suruhanjaya Pilihanraya building, Sastra U-Thant Luxury Condominium, the Realignment and Rehabilitation of 3.7km Sungai Kerayong in Kuala Lumpur, Design and Build project for the Timah Tasoh Damn in Perlis and other road and bridge works in Terengganu. Listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad In 2012, Pesona Metro Holdings Berhad was listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (Construction Sector). As the Group continues to grow, it has ventured into other complementing businesses that bring recurring revenues. It acquired Pesona Saferay Sdn Bhd that manufactures PU products that are used for interior and exterior façade applications, and also PM2 Building System Sdn Bhd that produces modular partition panels which is an excellent replacement of conventional bricks. In summary, over the short span of two decades, Pesona Metro has morphed into a prominent and sustainable builder, with a reputation for quality works that continuously adds value to its stakeholders.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our Sales Manager in the trading of engineering products. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the sales department by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and facilitating communication between the sales team, clients, and suppliers. This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

Assist the Sales Manager in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Maintain and update the customer database (CRM) with accurate and timely information.
Track sales orders, monitor delivery schedules, and ensure timely fulfillment of customer requirements.
Prepare sales reports, including sales performance, pipeline, and market analysis.

Coordination and Communication:

Act as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and suppliers to ensure smooth communication and resolve any issues.
Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance, and operations) to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
Schedule and organize sales meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.

Administrative Duties:

Handle incoming inquiries from clients and direct them to the appropriate team members.
Maintain and organize sales-related documents, including contracts, invoices, and product specifications.

Customer Service:

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Market Research:

Assist in researching market trends, competitor activities, and potential new clients.
Support the Sales Manager in identifying new business opportunities and developing sales strategies.

Ad Hoc Tasks:

Assist with any ad hoc tasks or projects as assigned by management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably in the engineering, manufacturing, or trading industry.
Familiarity with engineering products or technical knowledge is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
