Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Architectural/Engineering/ Construction or any other discipline related to Building Construction
• At least 5 years of experience in the building construction field, with a strong preference for at least 3 years of experience especially focused on high-end residential projects
• Able to read and understand construction technical drawings, detailing & documentation
• Proficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Sketchup, etc.)

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute a range of events such as workshops, networking sessions, award ceremonies, gala dinners, and overseas missions.

• Support the end-to-end event management process, including concept development, venue sourcing, vendor liaison, logistics coordination, budgeting, and on-site execution.

• Work closely with the secretariat team and EXCO task forces to ensure event objectives, deliverables, and communications are aligned.

• Develop and implement marketing plans to promote events and programmes, including creating content for social media, eDMs, and website updates.

Job Requirements
