• Coordinate and manage procurement activities, ensuring timely completion and compliance with organisational procedures.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to resolve operational and process-related issues.
• Monitor resource allocation and utilisation to support efficient service delivery.
• Participate in process reviews and continuous improvement projects to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Manage feedback and service-related concerns, working with internal and external stakeholders to maintain service excellence.
• Prepare reports, analyse operational data, and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Undertake additional duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in operations or administrative functions in Healthcare Setting
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical and resourceful, with the ability to interpret data and support operational decision-making.
• Adaptable, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative team player who can also work independently.
