Main Purpose of the Role

The Purchase Executive supports the daily operations of the company’s integrated lifestyle and hospitality hub by managing procurement, inventory control, supplier coordination, and cost optimisation across multiple business units. Key Responsibilities

1. Procurement Systems, Database & SOP Management

5. Coordination & Other Duties

Job Description

• Ensure timely supply of materials (right time, quantity, and quality) to meet production needs
• Execute MRP supply plans, forecasts, and exception reports to suppliers
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure delivery commitments are met
• Expedite deliveries and resolve material shortages
• Handle quality issues, change requests, supplier returns, goods receipt, and invoice discrepancies
• Maintain accurate data and ensure compliance with procedures
• Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels while minimizing excess stock

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of purchasing/planning experience
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Knowledge of SAP ERP is an advantage
