We are looking for meticulous and committed individuals to join the Finance department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for both general accounting and administrative work.
Responsibilities
· Assist in supporting daily accounting operations
· Perform bookkeeping duties including GL, AP, AR and bank reconciliations, ensuring the accuracy of transactions
· Support accounts receivable and payable functions, including submission of e-invoices and payments processing
· Complete closing checklist and ensure timely & accurate reporting to Manager
· Ensure compliance with company accounting procedures and internal control
· Provide administrative support for Finance
· Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
· Diploma in Accounting/Business or similar qualifications
· At least 5 years’ relevant work experience
· Proficiency with Microsoft office and experience in SAGE are advantageous
· Meticulous and detail-oriented
· Multi-task and work independently following tight deadlines
· Able to start work at short notice, or immediately
