• Measure quantities accurately to prepare progress claims, quotations, and final claims for projects
• Perform pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties including cost control, variation management, and final cost finalization
• Analyze and prepare detailed costing for tenders to support competitive and profitable bids
• Source and evaluate new vendors by compiling and reviewing quotations to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality
• Summarize subcontractor and material prices and evaluate and certify contractors’ claims to maintain project budget integrity

Preferred competencies and qualifications
