1.Financial - Maintain and manage the full set accounts of companies of ERI:
ERI SECRETARIAL SERVICE PTE LTD (ESS),ERI ACCOUNTING SERVICE PTE LTD (EAS),ERI PENGSHENG PAC(EPP)，including-

1.2  Prepare month-end closing such as AP, AL, GL. Annual financial report,

1.2 Quarterly GST reparation & submission for ESS & EAS, and annual tax filing.

1.3 Monitor suppliers' invoices and ensure payments are up-to-date and maintain proper documentation and filing systems for financial records and transactions.

1.4 Invoicing statistics and bank transaction in & out inspection, intercompany transactions and bank reconciliation.

2.Admin- General administrative work，including-

2.1 Office works, Letters & couriers receiving and sending, other office job like scanning, data entry, office rental management, liaise with the management office and landlord.

2.3 Check and verify employee claims for disbursement

2.2 Prepare, calculate CPF & payroll (including commission) of staffs.

2.3 Maintenance of the HR document, recruitment, staff files. Meeting, event arrangement. Visitor reception & registration. Attendance sheet and leaves records updated.

2.4 Work pass (EP & DP/SP/WP) application and renew for staffs if any.

Accounting Duties:

Use of AutoCount Accounting Software

Prepare and issue invoices to clients and track payments

Perform monthly bank reconciliations

Assist in payroll computation, CPF submissions, and IRAS reporting

Maintain accurate records of expenses and revenue

Prepare financial reports for management

Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable

Update of Inventory and create new item code in system.

Undertake any ad hoc duties as may be assigned.

Administrative Duties:

Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management

Responsible for HR workflow, processes and system implementation

Recruitment, Onboarding, Offboarding

Maintaining employee personnel files, letters administration (appointment, confirmation, increment, etc.)

This role offers hands-on experience in accounting and administrative operations, alongside valuable insight into documentation systems and processes across accounting, finance, and quality functions. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Accounting & Finance

• Organize and maintain proper filing of financial and administrative documents.
• Assist with bookkeeping and data entry of accounting transactions into accounting system.
• Update accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) transactions and feedback to sales team for follow up action.
• Participate in financial audit preparations, including compiling and organizing audit documentation.
• Provide support during financial audits.
• Assist in the review of quarterly financial submissions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency.
• Liaise with external accountants on tax matters and company accounts.
• Help improve accounting processes to enhance accuracy and workflow efficiency. 

Quality Management

• Assist in the implementation and deployment of the electronic Quality Management System (eQMS). 
• Support system design, configuration, and workflow setup for QMS processes. 
• Support data mapping, data migration, and document transfer from legacy systems into the eQMS.

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduates, or students pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent. 
• Knowledge of MS Office, IFRS, Companies Act, ISO or any relevant regulatory requirements will be an added advantage.
