We are supporting a diversified global organisation in identifying an experienced Internal Audit Lead to head its internal audit function and provide independent assurance to senior leadership on the effectiveness of governance, risk management, and internal controls.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and execute the organisation’s internal audit plan, covering strategic, operational, financial, compliance, and technology-related areas.
• Lead audits, investigations, advisory reviews, and special assignments, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
• Ensure proper planning, execution, and reporting of audits, including presentation of findings and recommendations to senior management and the Board/Audit Committee.
• Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across the business to support continuous improvement in governance and controls.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Engineering, or other relevant disciplines.
• Professional certifications in audit, risk, or assurance (e.g., CIA, CPA, CA, CISA) are advantageous.
• Minimum 10 years of internal audit, risk, or compliance experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Proven ability to lead complex audits and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to challenge constructively and influence decision-making.
• Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable engaging with senior leaders on matters of high importance.

Role Overview

We are looking for an Accounting Intern to join our Finance team and contribute to day-to-day finance operations while gaining hands-on experience in a growing organization. This role is suited for someone who is willing to take ownership of their work and contribute beyond routine tasks.

You will work closely with a team comprising both experienced professionals and junior staff, in an environment that values learning, accountability, and continuous improvement. While guidance is provided, interns are expected to be proactive learners rather than passive observers.

Key Responsibilities

• Core finance operations: Support day-to-day finance activities such as accounts payable and receivable, employee claims, and purchase requisitions, with increasing responsibility as you become familiar with our processes.
• Reporting and analysis: Prepare basic financial reports, perform reconciliations, and assist with variance analysis under guidance.
• System implementation support: Contribute to data checks and documentation as we roll out a new financial system – a chance to see how finance and technology intersect.

·       Process improvement: Contribute to documenting existing workflows and suggest practical improvements, including the use of digital or AI-assisted tools where appropriate.

• Cross-functional exposure: Based on interest and performance, there may be opportunities to observe or assist with areas such as treasury, budgeting, audit preparation, or finance-related support for our business units (e.g. transport consultancy, events).

Requirements

We are hiring Accounting Interns (Full-Time Position can be given for outstanding candidates)

• Maintain proper filing of accounting records and supporting documents
• Assist with bookkeeping and data entry for multiple entities
• Require in understanding General Ledger, Expenses and Generating Reports
• Assist in the preparation and reconciliation of monthly sales reports for multiple outlets
• Update and monitor cash flow records
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operation
• Provide ad-hoc support to the team as assigned

2. Check and verify documents in SmartFix
3. Post all invoices and tax invoices to SAP
4. Follow up on INAP SIIM
5. Assist with IDS payments/Swift payment
6. Reconcile FEBAN (Bank Statements)
7. Prepare monthly listings of sales tax invoices for Trading Goods (TG) and Customer Services (CS)
8. Daily check price settings
9. Handling transaction invoices for BSH Hausgeräte GmbH and Robert Bosch GmbH

Duties in Internal Audit Department

• Provide a wide range of audit services including internal audits, corporate governance, certifications, and other risk and internal controls related services
• Plan and execute such audit activities
• Prepare clear and concise reports on observation and recommendations to auditees
• Follow-up on corrective actions taken to address the observations and prepare summary status reports
• Assist in other aspects of audit functions including admin tasks
• Cultivate an engaging work environment that promotes a shared commitment to excellence for achieving the Firm’s quality; client service, people and financial objectives

Requirements:

• At least an Advanced Diploma/ Degree in Accountancy.
• Must possess professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, CIA, CISA, ACCA full member, or relevant certification in the discipline.
• With at least 1 year of relevant work experience from audit or accounting firm.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Good command of English with excellent written and oral communication skills
