主要職責：

制定並執行與品牌目標和國家健康/教育優先事項一致的合作夥伴關係和企業社會責任路線圖。
提出針對不同人生階段（兒童、青少年、在職成年人、老年人）量身訂做的、有影響力的方案。
開發和維護品牌宣傳品（產品照片、影片、企業形象、社群內容、商品）。
制定並執行完整的行銷策略、品牌推廣活動和戰術活動。
監測合作夥伴關係績效，以改善行銷活動、自動化、細分和管道覆蓋範圍。
透過跨部門合作、影響者互動和活動相關內容創作來支持品牌推廣專案。
與學校、醫院/診所、非政府組織、社區和企業組織建立和擴大合作關係。
代表 MOG 參與提案、談判和合作會議。
作為主要專案負責人，領導活動和專案從規劃到現場執行的整個過程。
與內部團隊（行銷、創意、零售）協調，以確保無縫且符合品牌形象的實施。
準備事後評估、文件記錄和改進報告。
整合互動數據和投資回報率分析，為未來的改進提出建議。
管理預算，監控支出，並提出具有成本效益的解決方案。
確保所有合作活動均符合公司治理、合規和品牌準則。

要求：

傳播學、公共關係、行銷、活動管理或相關領域的學位。
4-7 年品牌發展、企業傳播、合作夥伴關係策略與發展和/或社區活動的經驗。
曾接觸過醫療保健、教育或消費品牌產業者優先考慮。
專案管理和協調能力強。
優秀的溝通能力，包括人際溝通、口頭溝通和書面溝通。
自信的演講者，能夠與高階利害關係人（學校校長、醫院領導等）溝通。
組織能力強，積極主動，注重細節。
具有較強的團隊合作精神，能夠有效地跨部門協作。

職位描述

將學生安排到班級中，並回答客戶關於報名的問題。
解釋學校的各項政策以及報名時需要注意的事項
主動尋找可能的上課空檔，並向教練提出根據需求開設課程的建議。
與家長、學生和教練進行全程協調，完成課程安排。
管理客戶提出的補課請求，或透過分公司和班級管理部門分配補課任務。
主動監控學生學期內的課程剩餘狀況，並依照公司政策向家長/學生進行續課提醒。
負責與各方溝通課程取消事宜。
與分公司營運人員和教練合作，解決和管理替班教練安排。
負責學生從一對一課程轉到小組課程或反之亦然的轉課工作。
協助安排返校學生事宜及恢復課程。
與教練協調學生的學習進度，並確保班級資訊在系統中及時更新。
其他與該職位相關的臨時性工作。

• 每週工作 5 天（需週末加班）。

職位要求

• 最低學歷要求為大專以上，並持有相關領域的證書。

• 至少有1年客戶服務經驗。

• 在呼叫中心環境中，對顧客服務充滿熱情與奉獻。

• 性格以人為本，具有良好的溝通人際溝通能力。

• 能夠以堅韌和耐心處理客戶的諮詢和投訴。

• 具備較強的電腦技能，熟練 Microsoft Office、Google Sheets、Word 和 Excel 等軟體。
