As the Head of Shops, your primary mission is to accelerate the growth and scale of foodpanda Malaysia’s Marketplace vertical. You are the business owner of our partner ecosystem, responsible for driving GMV, increasing order penetration, and ensuring foodpanda is the preferred digital destination for Malaysia’s top retailers. While driving the topline, you also hold full P&L ownership, balancing rapid expansion with sustainable commercial health and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Growth & Market Expansion

• Drive Topline Performance: Take full accountability for scaling GMV and order volume; identify and unlock new growth levers across diverse retail categories.

About the Role

We are searching for a highly motivated and technically strong CRM specialist to join our CRM MarTech team. This role is focused on the technical side of CRM execution - building, debugging, and improving how our CRM communications work behind the scenes. What You Will Do

Technical Execution & Personalisation

Platform Ownership (Braze)
