System & Application Ownership

• Act as the Key User / System Owner for critical logistics IT systems, including:
  • SAP S/4HANA (with a focus on MM, SD, WM/EWM modules)
  • Warehouse Management Systems (EWM)
  • Key Interfaces (e.g., ASN/EDI, MES integration, scanners, automation systems)
• Ensure the system availability, stability, and performance required for seamless logistics operations.

Incident & Problem Management

• Lead first-level and second-level support for all logistics IT incidents and problems.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure issues are resolved efficiently, including:

• Ensure timely resolution of all issues to prevent production disruption and line-down risks.

Process Digitalization & Continuous Improvement

Interface & Integration Management

• Monitor and maintain all critical system interfaces, including:
  • ASN / EDI integration with suppliers (e.g., Amkor, Advantek).

  • Integration with forwarders and logistics service providers.
• Ensure absolute data consistency across all integrated systems.
• Support the setup, testing, and deployment of new interfaces as required.

Job Summary

1.2 Maintain high inventory accuracy in both physical inventory and system of record.

Job Scope
2.1 Lead and supervise a group of Logistic Direct Blue Associate to execute assigned daily operation tasks at designated location (Receiving / Warehouse / Shipping).
2.2 Support Continuous Improvement/System CIP projects.
2.3 Moderate support for workshop.

To work on the following tasks with guidance:
1. To setup functional test system for product lines based on test specification (PAV) provided by PTE team
accordingly to following requirement:

• To track project budget and ensure equipment cost within the planed budget.
• On time delivery of test systems to the production line according to project milestone (include manage of equipment, hardware interface and mechanical jig and fixture purchase)
•  Release the test system according to Test System Release Procedure.
• To train and coach maintenance team to be able to handle test system breakdown more effectively and maintain test system in achieving FPY (NTF related FOR) and OEE target. (eg. Propose Preventive Maintenance plan, analysis tool of breakdown causes, Test System Setup guideline and test fixture and job design concept)
• Apply standardization in functional area to have lean process across projects.
• To participate in project meeting to clarify plant/ production requirement on test system.

3. Responsible on full test implementation according to test procedure according to PAV defined by PTE team
and achieve defined test coverage, make sure alignment and calibration process (such of flashing of
memory, tuner alignment/ calibration.) is in line with test procedure.

4. To support line for trouble shooting in test system.

5. General support on the following:

• To support operation on functional area performance in FPY, TFOR, OEE
• To analyze MIS data and coordinate improvement activities on test time reduction and machine efficiency.
• Early involved in new model concept discussion with PTE/CoC and TEF7, to ensure smooth handling from new project set up team after SOP.

• Prepare product test plan, product inspection plan (EP), QZ test plan (QZTI) and FQ/VQ checklist.
• Provide training to QMM test technician on all the related inspection plan and checklist.
• Work with service center to understand the product quality level in the market, at least monthly reporting is expected.
• Coordinate project testing, investigate the failure and ensure close loop of the action implemented. Follow rule of PSS/8D 1-2-14.
• Responsible for part release.
• Ensure all ISIR requirements are fulfill before ISIR released i.e. Cpk > 1.33, PQA sign off, control plan and released critical components supplier qualification process.
• To ensure measurement methodology alignment between PgP2 and supplier during technical discussion with supplier via PQA.
• To ensure all related fixture including incoming inspection, short endurance for VQ/FQ audit, practical tests are ready 2 weeks before pilot.

Operation Support

• Responsible for in process & outgoing product quality performance.
• Responsible for MSA, calibration, concession management, customer complaint management, etc.
• Provide assistance to resolve line FOR issues.
• Support PUQ on supplier incoming material quality issue disposition and 8D verification and evaluation.
• Support cost saving activities and approve alteration change.
• Regular review with production personnel for PQP and FMEA.
• Perform failure analysis on customer – warranty complaint tool and drive for improvement to achieve the agreed target. Target to roll out improvement actions within 3 months after solution is defined.
• Ensure ANDI/CR contents is checked before release and implemented correctly.
• Conduct periodic audits to ensure line and process compliances. Expected monthly audit reporting is needed to submit to supervisor and include action plan of manufacturing.
• Conduct Failure Investigation with cross-functional team eg. ENG, PUQ, MSE for non conformance incidents if needed.

1. Planning of assembly processes flow considering manufacturing efficiency. Collaborate
