We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support the finance team in handling day-to-day accounting operations. Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Process supplier invoices, verify supporting documents, and ensure timely payments.
• Prepare and issue customer invoices, follow up on outstanding receivables, and monitor collections.

General Accounting

• Assist in maintaining accurate accounting records and ledgers.

Qualifications

Accounting Supports the finance department by handling daily bookkeeping, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate financial records

Ensure accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) run smoothly, verify financial documents, and assist with general administrative duties.
