Responsibilities
Process vehicle sales and purchase documents to support sales and accounting teams in completing sales and financing transactions successfully
Submit vehicle-related applications and documents accurately through the LTA portal to ensure compliance and timely processing
Update and maintain administrative data and records in company systems to support efficient operations and accurate filing
Complete other ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the employer to support business needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Diploma in any discipline
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word, to prepare and manage documents efficiently
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines
Proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively within the team and with external parties
