What you'll be doing
Assist with the processing of import/export documentation and customs clearance procedures
Provide logistical support for the movement of commodities, including liaising with shipping companies and freight forwarders
Maintain accurate records and databases related to commodities trading activities
Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and procedures
What we're looking for
Relevant experience in an administrative or operational role, preferably within the import/export or commodities trading industry
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset
Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Manage employee expense claims with accuracy and efficiency.
Process invoices, receipts, and payments accurately and in a timely manner.
Oversee physical document processing including scanning and filing.
Reconcile bank statements and company accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
Data entries with accuracy and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit trails, and document management standards.
Provide proactive administrative / ad-hoc support as needed.
Requirement:
1 - 2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role is preferred
Knowledge of accounting software (TipTop) and Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook preferred
Immediate / short noticed will be added advantage.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
