They are seeking an experienced and people-centric Senior HR Manager to lead HR operations and strategic initiatives for their local and regional business. Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders across different business functions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• At least 8-10 years of HR experience, within fintech or financial services industries.
• Experiences managing regional stakeholders (APAC or SEA) is required.
• Strong knowledge of local employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience in stakeholder management and working in matrix organizations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
