• Drive new product launches, including go-to-market planning, execution, and post-launch evaluation
• Manage PSI planning, including sales forecasting, inventory management, and pricing to achieve target margins
• Oversee marketing budget allocation and optimise spend across campaigns and channels
• Drive brand visibility through visual merchandising, showroom initiatives, and consumer engagement activities
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on campaign execution, analytics, compliance, and product training

About You

• Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, with 10+ years of experience in product marketing or product management, preferably within consumer, lifestyle, or home-related products (premium segment exposure is a plus)
• Strong experience in product strategy, lifecycle management, and go-to-market execution
• Commercially driven with strong analytical skills, including pricing, forecasting, and budget management
• Effective communicator with the ability to work across cross-functional teams and stakeholders

1. Company is doing security system for airport, car park and checkpoint like car plate recognition system, vehicle screening system and surveillance system.
2. Hiring Sales Manager to join our regional sales team, responsible for crafting and executing strategic sales plans, working in a high-performing sales team, nurturing key client relationships, and uncovering new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed targets.
• Cultivate and sustain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and offering customized solutions.
• Create compelling sales and marketing materials to support business development efforts.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Represent the company in overseas business meetings, product presentations, and trade exhibitions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the security, electronics, or IT sectors.
• Technical knowledge of IT and electronics is highly preferred.
