This is a broad, hands-on role supporting both portfolio expansion and existing site management, sitting across site acquisition, lease negotiations, renewals, store development, asset upkeep, and facilities management.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders locally and take ownership of both new and existing sites, while helping ensure the portfolio remains commercially strong, operationally sound, and well maintained.

The Role:

• Identify, assess, and secure suitable locations for new retail and F&B outlets
• Prepare analysis and financial projections of suggested sites to Company's senior management
• Lead lease negotiations, renewals, terminations, and relocations where required
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, mall operators, and developers
• Track lease and licence timelines to ensure timely renewals and compliance
• Oversee store design, fit-out, renovation, and project delivery across the portfolio
• Manage maintenance, repairs, inspections, and day-to-day facilities matters
• Ensure outlets remain compliant with relevant health, safety, and environmental standards

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in leasing and project management in the Singapore market
• Tenant side leasing experience is valued but not an exclusion criteria
• Strong understanding of lease agreements, landlord negotiations, and site evaluation
• Experience overseeing renovations, fit-outs, maintenance, and facilities operations
• Confident stakeholder manager with the ability to work across multiple projects at once
• Hands-on, commercially minded, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment

Role Profile

Reporting to the General Manager, the Retail Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance across multiple channels, while managing retail promoters and key channel relationships. This role combines on-the-ground execution with strategic planning across multiple sales channels.

About the Role

• Manage and grow retail and channel accounts across offline and online platforms, including key retail partners
• Drive new business development with trade partners while strengthening existing relationships
• Own sales performance across multiple channels, including forecasting, stock planning (PSI), and achieving targets

Liberte HR is partnered with a well-established multi-unit F&B group in Singapore to appoint an Executive Chef for their Singapore operations. This role will oversee culinary leadership across 11 bistro-style outlets and is suited to a hands-on chef with strong multi-outlet experience, commercial awareness, and the ability to drive consistency, quality, and operational performance across the group.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Leading culinary operations across multiple outlets in Singapore, ensuring strong execution, consistency, and food quality standards across the business.
• Driving menu development and refinement, balancing creativity, customer appeal, seasonal relevance, and operational practicality.
• Overseeing recipe standardisation, plating consistency, and kitchen SOPs to ensure alignment across all locations.
• Working closely with outlet kitchen teams to provide coaching, support, and practical guidance on day-to-day operational challenges.
• Being regularly present on the ground across the outlets to monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and uphold standards.
• Supporting the development of limited-time offerings and annual menu refreshes in line with business needs and market trends.
• Reviewing menu performance and sales mix, and making recommendations on product retention, changes, or removals through menu engineering.
• Managing food cost controls through recipe costing, product selection, portion discipline, and collaboration with procurement teams.
