Position Overview 

In this role, you will be working as part of a closely knit product engineering team that develops key components that help products integrate with Autodesk’s Identity and Authorization solution. Job Scopes:

• Supervise and manage TBM, shaft bottom and surface crew
• Liaise and coordinate with QPS/LTA on daily inspection
• Liaising and coordinate with tunnel crew, tracking and document daily work production, site management of materials and equipment
• Supervise the operator to ensure they are comply to operation parameter

Requirements (Qualification & Experience):

• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience in relevant field and 3 years experience in tunnelling supervision on similar scale, complexity and nature of work.
• Work location is situation in the East of Singapore.

Role Summary

You will be responsible and focus on improving tool performance and availability, in charge if maintenance, diagnosing failures and implementing effective solutions to meet uptime and cycle time requirements in the respective modules: Etch (Dry Etch and Wet Etch); Photolithography; Diffusion; Chemical Mechanical Planarization (CMP); Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD); or Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD).

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment performance in cleanroom environment for quality production.
• Handle on-duty tasks and conduct fundamental alarm troubleshooting; identify root cause and problem-solve critical equipment issues with urgency
• Install and qualify new tool sets on schedule to increase capacity promptly
• Continually improve tool uptime availability, drive defect reduction and enhance hardware capability
• Develop defense and monitoring system to prevent equipment failure or performance lost.
• Analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights to optimize equipment parameters and controls
• Actively collaborate with equipment suppliers and partners to identify tool deficiencies; develop, evaluate, and validate corrective and preventive solutions

Education Qualification & Essential Experiences

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related STEM field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Equipment Engineer in respective module; Experience working in a 12” fab would be advantageous

Job Description

•             Robot design.

The candidate is expected to assist in the design, fabrication, and testing of a novel robotic system based on application-related specifications.

•             Robot experiments.

The candidate is expected to support the definition of experimental protocols, in terms of trials and parameters to measure, to help with the experimental set-up, experimental validation, performance testing, and iterative improvements of developed prototypes and with the recording and analysis of experimental results.

•             Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical, electrical, and software components into functional robotic systems.

•             Support applied projects in collaboration with industrial partners and contribute to technology transfer efforts.

•             Present research findings at international workshops, conferences, and internal project meetings.

•             Contribute to the preparation of technical reports and assist in writing articles for publication in top-tier journals and conferences.

Qualifications

•             Mechanical Engineering degree

•             Robotics expertise: knowledge of robotics and soft robotics fundamentals, skills for robot design.

•             Research experience, even as a student, including skills for experimental research and paper preparation.

•             Hands-on experience in robotics, soft robotics, or interactive systems.

•             Proficiency in CAD software, prototyping, and mechatronics.

•             Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

•             Strong problem-solving skills and creativity.
