1. Project Coordination
• Assist the Project Manager in day-to-day coordination ofsteel and metal works projects
• Liaise with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors,suppliers, and internal teams
• Track shop drawings, RFIs, method statements, andtechnical submissions
2. Drawings & Technical Support
• Assist in drawing coordination (Drawings prepared by thedrafting team)
• Liaise with the drafting team on revisions, updates, andcoordination issues
• Ensure drawings are aligned with site conditions,specifications, and contract requirements
3. Material Take-Off & Procurement
• Assist in material quantity take-off for steel and metalworks
• Support the Project Manager/QS in cost checking, variationorder (VO) support, and progress claims
• Maintain basic records for quantities, tonnage, andmaterial usage
• Assist in material requisitions and delivery planning
4. Site Support
• Assist PM in site coordination, installation planning, andwork sequencing
• Attend site meetings and inspections when required
• Support the PM in resolving site issues related to steeland metal works
5. Documentation & Reporting
• Assist PM in preparing simple project reports, schedules,and trackers
• Ensure documentation is updated, organised, and properlycontrolled
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, StructuralEngineering, or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in steel, metal works, orconstruction industry
• Able to read drawings and perform basic quantity take-off
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word; AutoCAD / TEKLA knowledgeis a plus
• Responsible, willing to learn, and able to work underguidance
• Good communication and Team player with a positivelearning attitude
