• Translate technical discussions and engineering inputs into clear, well-structured documents tailored to the intended audience
• Attend daily and weekly project meetings with plant stakeholders, engineering teams, and vendors
• Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders to maintain alignment on deliverables and timelines
• Organise and maintain project files, documentation repositories, and communication records
• Provide documentation and coordination support to the Engineering Manager and project leads
• Consolidate updates from multiple workstreams into internal and client-facing documentation

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Communication, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• With 2 years of experience in a project coordination or technical writing role, preferably within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite (Microsoft 365 - Word, Excel, Teams, OneNote) and the Atlassian stack (Confluence and Jira), with familiarity with other project tracking tools (e.g. Azure DevOps or Trello).
• Understanding of change control / change management processes in an engineering project context.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and coordinating across time zones is an asset.
• Familiarity with automation, industrial systems, or digital transformation projects is a plus.
