ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Senior Technical Delivery Manager with deep equities technology expertise to lead complex, cross-functional delivery programmes across our client in Singapore. This is a high-autonomy, high-visibility role for a self-starter who can drive delivery from initiation through to go-live with minimal supervision, working across front-office trading systems, market data infrastructure, order management and cash management platforms.
You will serve as the primary technical delivery interface — owning end-to-end programme governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Technical Delivery Leadership
● Own end-to-end delivery of equities technology programmes across front office, market data, OMS and cash management workstreams
● Define and manage delivery roadmaps, project plans, resource models andbudget forecasts

Domain Experience

● Deep knowledge of real-time market data platforms — Bloomberg API,Refinitiv/Elektron, exchange direct feeds, price validation and latencymanagement

What we are looking for

• Background in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience.
• Experienced in Cloud computing. Amazon Web Services (AWS) certification or Microsoft Azure certifications would be advantageous to the candidate.
• Solid knowledge of IT project management. Certifications such as PMP, ITIL would be advantageous to the candidate.
• Solid knowledge of cybersecurity principles. Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP or equivalent would be advantageous to the candidate.
• Proven ability to manage vendors, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
• Experienced in Unix and Windows system administration would be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Technical Support Management:

· Undertake management of medium to large-scale integration projects for the company.

· Responsible for configuration, troubleshooting, and technical solutions related to routers, switches, firewalls, servers, and storage devices.

2. End-to-End Project Management:

· Responsible for analyzing network requirements related to data center scenarios, feasibility studies, solution planning and design, project management and implementation, including equipment installation, network system integration, debugging, and acceptance.

3. Other Project Management Tasks:

· Responsible for project initiation, progress planning, quality management, coordination, supervision, documentation, and project acceptance.

· Draft basic physical implementation design documents, such as rack layout, wiring diagrams, and label content.

Coordinate and manage the implementation team or partners to ensure high-quality project delivery.

· Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project, provide regular updates to customers, and manage customer expectations.

· Promote overall project progress to ensure early delivery and acceptance.

· Handle exceptions during the project, risk control, customer complaint management, and quality management.

· Assist in the construction of the project management system, such as optimizing management processes and various templates.

4. Operations Management: Responsible for timely response to network-related issues, continuous tracking and post-event analysis, and documentation and technical training related to network system maintenance.

5. Team Management:

· Manage daily team activities and communication with parallel departments, such as marketing and sales.

· Track project progress with external service providers, ensure safety disclosures, and ensure timely project delivery.

· Daily communication and problem-solving with external service providers to ensure the security and high availability of customers' network infrastructure.

6. Industry Technology Tracking: Actively explore the application of new industry technologies within the company, such as IB networks, GPU networks, and computing power network architecture design and deployment.

7. Other Tasks: Undertake temporary or phased tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:

1. Associate degree or above in computer science, telecommunications, or related fields.

2. Good English proficiency, capable of reading and writing.

3. More than three years of work experience related to data center networks.

4. Proficiency in the planning and design of medium to large-scale WANs, data center networks, and campus networks.

5. Expertise in routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and other related products.

6. Possess certifications such as CCIE/HCIE/H3CIE/JNCIE or equivalent.

7. Proactive, independent thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

8. Capable of drafting documentation and skilled in knowledge sharing and skill transfer.

9. Possess team spirit, resilience, strong learning ability, and adaptability to travel.

Responsibilities
As a Product Manager (Technical), you will need to:

• Drive business outcomes by taking on a product from end (problem definition) to end (release and continuous improvement):
• Interview stakeholders and users to understand problem space and define problem statement.
• Craft proposals to justify resource allocations and secure funding.
• Define success measures and set up dashboards to monitor progress.
• Identify hypotheses, develop product strategy, and devise initiatives to drive product outcomes.
• Create product roadmap and work with team to ensure timely achievement of goals.
• Work with designers, software engineers to develop, test and release product.
• Measure outcomes and continuously iterate product to drive outcomes.

Requirements

As a Product Manager (Technical), you need to have:

• Proven record of driving business outcomes.
• End to end experience working with design and engineering teams to build products.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage high level stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure and prioritize effectively to meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with platforms like Confluence, JIRA, Balsamiq are a plus.
• Computer science, product management related degrees or diplomas are a plus.

• Overall 8–10 years of experience with at least 2+ years in technical delivery, with a strong focus on payments and financial services.
• Proven track record in delivering domestic and cross-border payment solutions within ASEAN.
• Experience partnering with architecture, development, testing, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery.
• Strong exposure to implementation and release management, ensuring smooth deployments across environments.
• Exposure to DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and environment management.
• Familiarity with infrastructure concepts, such as cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), server environments, and system monitoring.
• Proven results-oriented individual with a strong focus on delivery and stakeholder satisfaction
• Experience working with DevOps and infrastructure teams to support scalable, reliable, and secure application delivery.
