• Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, confirmation, and employee documentation

• Maintain and update employee records, HR files, and documentation in an accurate and timely manner

• Support recruitment activities, including job postings, interview coordination, and candidate communication

• Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, letters, and forms

• Coordinate staff attendance, leave administration, payroll submissions, and employee claims

• Ensure HR processes and documentation are aligned with company policies and employment regulations

Administrative Functions

• Provide administrative support for daily preschool and office operations

• Maintain records, reports, and documentation for operational and compliance purposes

• Liaise with internal departments, vendors, and external stakeholders when required

• Coordinate procurement and inventory of office and preschool supplies

• Support scheduling, meeting arrangements, and administrative coordination

• Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related discipline

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant HR and administrative experience

• Prior working experience in a preschool environment is required

• Familiar with payroll coordination, leave administration, employee records, and HR documentation

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
