What you will do

• Support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing on-site project activities.
• Attend site meetings, inspections, and monitoring sessions, providing updates on work progress.
• Work closely with architects, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure adherence to technical drawings and specifications.
• Oversee daily construction operations and ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate site logistics, including material deliveries and equipment allocation, to maintain efficient workflow.
• Assist in tracking project budgets and monitoring cost-related matters.
• Help resolve site issues or delays by proposing practical corrective actions.
• Supervise subcontractors to ensure productivity, workmanship quality, and compliance with project requirements.

What you will need

• Degree/diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as site/project engineer
• Candidate with more experience can be considered for the Senior position

Design and implement algorithms for search, recommendation, or advertising systems to drive discovery and conversion across Goto products.

Build advanced user behaviour models and query/assortment understanding models using LLMs and LLVMs to improve matching accuracy between users, queries, and items across search and recommendation systems.

Collaborate with product, engineering, and business-facing data science teams to define problems, run experiments, and deploy solutions at scale.

Job Requirements

 Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Machine Learning, NLP, CV, or a related field; strong programming skills in Python, C++, or Java.

Hands-on experience with search/ recommendation/ads systems, with proven improvements to ranking, retrieval, or ad targeting models.

Familiarity with LLMs and/or LLVMs, with experience integrating them into search or recommendation pipelines a strong plus.

Demonstrated ability to innovate with new algorithms or tools and drive measurable impact, especially making use of Large language Models (LLMs) and Large Language and Vision models (LLVMs) in search modeling or recommendation modeling

Strong product intuition and ability to reason from user behavior data and traffic patterns. 

Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Self-motivated, curious, and excited by the opportunity to build high-impact systems quickly.

• review electrical systems for generators, including control panels, wiring, and protection systems.

Job Responsibilities :-

·      Design and develop audio visual/solutions including schematics, floor plans and wiring diagrams

·      Installation of audio visual systems, including equipment placement, cabling and integration with other systems

·      Ensure that all audio visual systems meet industry standards and project requirements

·      Test and troubleshoot audio visual systems to identify and resolve any issues

·      Create and maintain project documentation, including system manuals, as-built drawings, and testing report

·      Work with technical team to schedule and perform regular system maintenance, including firmware updates, software upgrades and hardware replacements

·      Stay up-to date with industry trends, technologies and best practices for audio visual system design and installation

·      Communicate project updates and status to project managers and clients as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide L3 Network and Security support.
• Support L2 Engineer to streamline incident calls and ensure service level agreements are met.
• Perform Support to L3 escalations of all network security across Fortinet,F5 Load Balancer,McAfee Proxies,Checkpoint.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Site Reliability & Operations

• Manage and improve the reliability, availability, and operational excellence of the SHIP-HATS platform
• Define, monitor, and maintain Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs)
• Lead incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and post-mortem reviews
• Drive continuous improvements to reduce operational toil and prevent recurring incidents
• Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and system optimisation

Observability & Monitoring

• Design and implement observability solutions across logging, metrics, and distributed tracing
• Build dashboards, alerts, and monitoring strategies to provide deep visibility into platform health

Infrastructure & Automation

Requirements
