• Monitor system performance, analyze metrics, and implement optimization strategies to ensure peak operational efficiency 

• Develop and maintain comprehensive backup and disaster recovery solutions to ensure business continuity and resilience 

• Implement and manage patch management processes, security updates, and system hardening procedures in compliance with organizational policies 

• Create and maintain PowerShell scripts, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, and automation solutions to streamline routine administrative tasks 

• Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide technical support to resolve infrastructure problems with decisiveness and transparency 

• Collaborate with IT teams, security personnel, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with security policies, industry standards, and best practices 

• Participate in capacity planning, infrastructure upgrades, and technology assessments to support organizational growth and innovation 

• Document system configurations, procedures, architectural decisions, and best practices for knowledge management and team reference

Qualifications Required 

 Qualifications: 

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in system administration and infrastructure management 

• Strong expertise with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Active Directory environments 

• Proficiency in virtualization technologies (VMware vSphere or Hyper-V) 

• Solid knowledge of DNS, DHCP, IIS, and file/print services 

• Experience designing and implementing backup and disaster recovery solutions 

• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation 

• Knowledge of patch management and monitoring tools (SCCM, WSUS, or equivalent) 

• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices, system hardening, and compliance requirements 

• Experience in high-availability and disaster recovery environments 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues 

• Excellent organizational and documentation skills - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in team environments  

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience with cloud infrastructure platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform) 

• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and practices 

• Knowledge of monitoring and logging solutions (ELK Stack, Splunk, Prometheus, or similar) 

• Experience with IT Service Management (ITIL) frameworks 

• Vendor management and technical leadership experience 

• Cross-platform system administration experience (Linux/Unix) 

• Network infrastructure and security knowledge 

• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, VMware Certified Associate, or equivalent

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and coordinate assigned Civil & Structural (C&S) engineering projects.
• Perform structural analysis and design for buildings and other structures in accordance with project requirements.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and relevant stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Manage and coordinate C&S works to ensure compliance with tender specifications, authority submissions, and construction schedules.
• Prepare and review engineering calculations, technical reports, drawings, and other project documentation.
• Ensure all designs comply with applicable regulations, codes, and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
• Preferably 4–5 years of relevant working experience in a Civil & Structural consultancy firm.
• Good knowledge of Singapore Building Control Acts and Regulations, Singapore Codes of Practice, and Eurocodes.
• Proficient in structural engineering software such as STAAD.Pro, TEKLA, ETABS, RAPT, and other relevant design tools.
