As the Mechanical Superintendent, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing all aspects of plant maintenance to ensure optimal efficiency, reliability, and safety. Your responsibilities will encompass but not limited to:

1. Health, Safety and Compliance

• Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct daily toolbox meetings to reinforce safety protocols and address immediate concerns.

Requirements

1. Educational Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline. Higher qualifications (e.g., Bachelor’s degree) are advantageous.

2. Professional Experience

• At least 8 years of direct, hands-on experience in maintenance within a chemical plant or similar industrial environment.
• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory or team leadership role, overseeing maintenance teams and operations in a chemical plant setting.

3. Technical Competencies
