Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Account Manager (Sales) to manage and grow our client accounts while identifying new sales opportunities. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective account management and sales strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with existing corporate and individual clients to drive client retention and satisfaction
• Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within assigned accounts to increase revenue
• Generate new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and client referrals
• Prepare tailored proposals, quotations, and presentations to effectively communicate value propositions to clients
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements to secure profitable deals and maintain client trust
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and escalations, resolving issues promptly to maintain strong partnerships
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client experience

You will be supporting the Portfolio Management team at CapitaLand Ascendas REIT Management Limited and report to Senior Director, Portfolio Management, Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Department in the analysis of the performance of the Singapore portfolio, and in the consolidation of performance of the overall portfolio including overseas.

• Identify key drivers of operational and financial performance across assets and portfolios, including areas of underperformance and opportunities for value enhancement.

• Prepare management reports and board papers.

• Prepare annual budgeting, forecast, and annual valuation of properties for the Singapore portfolio and consolidation of the overall portfolio including overseas.

• Work closely with Asset Management, Leasing and Property Management teams to evaluate asset performance and support initiatives to improve portfolio performance.

• Support initiatives in system enhancement and automation of analytical functions.

Requirements

• Degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or related discipline.

• Possess strong analytical, financial modelling and quantitative skills

• Ability to analyse large datasets and translate findings into actionable business insights.
