• Collaborate with offshore and USA-based teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Business Analyst in enterprise environments.
• Previous software development background with strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in AI processes, AI-enabled solutions, or digital transformation initiatives is preferred.
• Strong business analysis, requirement gathering, and process improvement skills.
• Experience working with data analytics and reporting platforms such as Tableau, Cognos, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
• Experience in data analysis, data modeling, and data-driven decision-making.
• Domain experience in Real Estate or Construction industry will be highly advantageous.
• Strong research capabilities and ability to prepare business proposals and solution recommendations.
• Excellent business acumen and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams, particularly USA-based teams.
• Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in an Individual Contributor (IC) role.

Role and Responsibility:

The Business Analyst serves as the critical interface, bridging the gap between complex business requirements and robust technical solutions within systems delivery projects.

Reporting to the Project Manager, the Systems Analyst will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and project team to understand their needs, then meticulously translates them into detailed system requirements, functional specifications, and crucial non-functional requirements such as performance, security, and scalability.

Works collaboratively with clients and stakeholders – both external and internal to the company – to research and elicit, analyze, validate and document business requirements, and to ensure that those requirements clearly reflect true business needs, correctly representing all stakeholders. Translates business needs into system/ application requirements and project components to help determine solutions to business problems.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate and define system scope and objectives using knowledge of information technology and industry knowledge/ requirements.

• Act as a liaison between client and technical solutions/ support groups, using strong communication skills to elicit, document, analyze and validate business processes, systems, and solution requirements.

• Proactively research, identify, and specify solutions to problems.

• Support and conduct visualization, user experience and configuration elements of solution design.Maintenance of documentations, such as Requirement Specifications and Interface Specifications etc.

• Support requirements management and change management processes.

• Support aspects of the business cycle, including proposals, feasibility studies, and implementations.

• Consider the business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment.

• Develop and execute acceptance test plans and test cases

• Knowledge in SQL on Oracle DB, API testing with Postman, ability to provide UAT support with external systems, and liaison between different vendors.

• Proven experience working on enterprise-level projects with complex business processes and integrated systems.

Salary: $12/hour

Working Days: 2 days per week

Working Timing: 9am – 6pm (1 hr lunch break)

Working Location: Central Area (Near Telok Ayer / Tanjong Pagar / Maxwell / Raffles Place / Shenton Way MRT)
