Job Responsibilities :

Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements (IKA & LKA).
Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
Responsible for planning and implementing market penetration strategies and sales targets and for building strong relationships with customers.
To exceed or achieve monthly sales target/ new business development served in the assigned area.
Track, monitor and analyze products, channels and customers sales trends in order to maximize sales opportunities.
Carry out and plan other sales and marketing functions to increase efficiency.
Knowledgeable and experienced to implement best practices to perform duties.
Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.

Job Requirement :

Diploma or Degree holder in business administration, sales or a relevant field.
Candidate without Dip / Degree but with good experience in LKA/IKA handling are also welcome to apply.
Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
Preferably 3 - 8 years of sales or key account management experience in FMCG
Experience in handling MT accounts will be an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office suite.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.

Job Summary & Purpose

Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure all manufactured products meet required quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. The role also leads continuous improvement initiatives and manages the QA team. Ensure consistent product quality by overseeing processes, setting standards, and ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Quality Management System (QMS)

Develop, implement, and maintain QMS in line with standards, Establish quality policies, procedures, and work instructions. Ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements

2. Production Quality Oversight

Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure product quality and consistency. Manage non-conformance, CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions), and root cause analysis

3. Audits & Compliance

Plan and conduct internal and external quality audits. Lead customer and regulatory audits. Ensure audit findings are addressed with effective corrective actions

4. Team Leadership & Development

Lead, mentor, and develop QA/QC team members. Manage team performance, training, and succession planning. Build a strong quality culture across the organization

5. Supplier Quality Management

Evaluate and approve suppliers and contractors. Monitor supplier/sub-contractor performance and conduct supplier audits. Ensure incoming materials/parts meet quality standards

6. Continuous Improvement

Drive continuous improvement initiatives. Analyze quality data and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities. Reduce defects, waste, and cost of poor quality

7. Customer Quality & Complaints

Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution. Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions. Maintain customer satisfaction and product reliability

8. Reporting & Metrics

Track and report quality KPIs (defect rate, yield, customer complaints). Present quality performance to senior management. Use data-driven decision making

9. Risk Management

Identify quality risks in processes and products. Implement preventive measures and mitigation strategies. Ensure product safety and compliance

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or related field.
5–10+ years in quality assurance within manufacturing
Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role
Experience with QMS, audits, and regulatory compliance
Strong background in production/process quality
