A. Position Objective

The Girder Launching Engineer is responsible for overseeing the technical planning and on-site execution of segmental box girder (SBG) erection. This role ensures that all launching activities are conducted safely, on schedule, and in strict adherence to engineering specifications and quality standards.

B. Job Responsibilities

• Method Statement & Planning: Compile and refine comprehensive construction schemes and method statements for full framing support and girder launching sequences.
• Technical Drawing: Prepare and review detailed construction drawings, including traffic diversion plans (TDP), launching gantry positions, and temporary works.
• Quality Control: Strictly monitor and control the construction quality related to segmental box girder (SBG) erection, ensuring precise alignment, leveling, and structural integrity.

職責與責任：

1. 監督工程現場土木工程或電氣工程的日常執行，確保符合設計規範、標準和品質要求。
2. 作為專案管理團隊、分包商和供應商之間的主要聯絡人，確保專案順利進行。
3. 確保所有工程均符合專案手冊中規定的品質、環境、安全和健康 (QESH) 要求。
4. 準確記錄現場活動、材料、檢查和進度報告。
5. 確保所有活動均符合環境、安全和健康法規及政策，並識別並減輕風險。
6. 為現場遇到的挑戰提供技術解決方案，並將複雜問題回報給相關管理人員。
7. 監測建築活動，例如地基、結構、排水系統和景觀美化（土木工程）。
8. 核實材料、工藝和現場條件，以確保符合專案規範。
9. 解讀並執行施工圖紙，協調各項工作以符合計畫時間表。
10. 對模板、鋼筋安裝和混凝土澆築進行檢查（土木工程）。
11. 確保所有土木工程符合要求的標準，並在進入下一階段（土木工程）之前經過檢查和批准。
12. 監督變電站專案（電氣）的開關設備、變壓器、電纜和接地系統的安裝。
13. 確保符合設計規範、規格和相關準則。
14. 協助進行電氣設備和系統的測試、校準和調試（電氣）。
15. 保存電氣工程記錄，包括測試結果、檢查和進度更新（電氣）。
16. 與其他學科（土木工程和機械工程）合作，確保電氣系統與整體專案目標的無縫整合。

工作要求

教育背景：

• 土木工程、電機工程或相關領域的文憑。
• 擁有專業資格證書是一項優勢。

經驗：

• 至少 0-2 年現場監工經驗，最好有變電站或基礎設施專案經驗。

技能：

• 對土木工程或電機工程原理有深入的理解。
• 熟悉變電站系統、組件和施工方法。
• 能夠有效率地識別和解決現場技術和操作問題。
• 精通工程軟體（例如 AutoCAD）和專案管理工具。
• 具備較強的口頭和書面溝通能力，能夠與利害關係人互動並撰寫報告。
• 擅長有效管理時間、預算和資源。
