JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for assisting in managing operational, manpower, and administrative matters of the Environmental and Linen Services Department to ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Acquire a thorough understanding of the department's environmental and linen services operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Ensure high-quality standards across daily operational tasks, overseeing services including Housekeeping, Linen and Laundry, Landscaping Management, Pest Control, and Waste Management.
