Job Objectives:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Approximately 5 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong experience working across SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Proven ability to independently run requirement workshops and manage stakeholders.
• Strong experience in requirements elicitation, documentation, and analysis techniques.
• Good understanding of system integrations and technical concepts.
• Prior experience working on government or large-scale enterprise projects is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel as required platforms.

Added Advantage

• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar collaboration and project management tools
• Understanding of system integrations and RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of BPMN or UML for process modelling
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban
• Exposure to data analysis or digital product development

About the client:

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather analyze and document ESG related requirements
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for data and analytics solutions
• Work closely with data engineering and data science teams to design and implement ESG reporting and analytics solutions
• Analyze ESG datasets eg carbon emissions sustainability metrics compliance data to identify trends and insights
• Support the development of ESG dashboards KPIs and performance tracking frameworks
• Ensure alignment with global ESG standards and frameworks eg GRI SASB TCFD ISSB
• Assist in defining data models data governance and data quality standards for ESG reporting
• Participate in UAT User Acceptance Testing and validate system outputs against requirements
• Provide domain expertise on ESG products services and regulatory expectations
• Create comprehensive documentation including BRDs FRDs use cases and process maps
• Facilitate communication between business product and technical teams

Skills/Requirement:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Finance Data Science Sustainability or related field
• 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably in ESG sustainability or financial services domains
• Strong understanding of ESG concepts reporting frameworks and sustainability metrics
• Proven experience working with data analytics data modeling and data visualization tools eg Power BI Tableau
• Familiarity with data science concepts statistical analysis and predictive modeling
• Minimal Hands on experience with SQL and or Python R for data analysis will be good to have
