Tanggungjawab Kerja:

Untuk mengendalikan Temuduga, merekrut kakitangan dan pekerja bukan eksekutif untuk syarikat dan syarikat kecil bagi memenuhi keperluan tenaga kerja mereka.
Menyelia penyimpanan, pengambilan dan pengemaskinian fail dan rekod kakitangan dengan selamat.
Untuk menindaklanjuti semua kes kemalangan industri di syarikat.
Berhubung dengan PERKESO bagi sebarang tuntutan kemalangan industri.
Memastikan semua tuntutan latihan dengan Majlis Pembangunan Sumber Manusia ditindaklanjuti.
Menyediakan statistik tenaga kerja bulanan.
Membantu Pengurus Sumber Manusia dalam mengatur program latihan
Memberi kaunseling kepada pekerja.
Membantu Pengurus HR dalam menindaklanjuti kes-kes disiplin dalam pengeluaran.
Untuk memenuhi keperluan kebajikan pekerja asing mengikut amalan lazim dalam undang-undang Malaysia.
Memastikan kawasan pejabat am, kaunter penerimaan tetamu, telekomunikasi dan peralatan pejabat diselenggara dengan baik dan dalam keadaan boleh digunakan.
Untuk mengatur dan memastikan penyelenggaraan dan pengemasan yang baik bagi harta syarikat.
Mengeluarkan insurans untuk pemindahan roller ke tapak pembekal
Mengendalikan insurans risiko dan tuntutan insurans
Membantu Pengurus HR dalam memantau laporan rondaan lawatan pengawal, jadual dan tugasan pengawal keselamatan.
Mengendalikan penyelenggaraan kenderaan syarikat, permohonan pemindahan hak milik, kad petrol, pembaharuan insurans kereta & cukai jalan.
Mengendalikan penyelenggaraan harta syarikat & perjanjian penyewaan.
Mengendalikan penyelenggaraan bangunan pejabat (kawalan perosak, perkhidmatan kebersihan, pembaikan & penyelenggaraan) dan peralatan pejabat
Liaise with government authority (Majlis Pembandaran , Jabatan Alam Sekitar, Pengarah Tanah dan Galian, Malaysian Investment Development Authority)

Keperluan Kerja:

Ijazah Sarjana Muda dalam mana-mana bidang
Graduan baru dialu-alukan untuk memohon
Sebaik-baiknya mempunyai 1 hingga 3 tahun pengalaman kerja dalam mana-mana bidang berkaitan HR/Pentadbiran.

Job Description:

1. Billing

Prepare and issue transport invoices accurately and on a timely basis
Verify supporting documents (e.g. delivery orders, trip records, customer reports) prior to billing
Ensure billing is in accordance with agreed rates and contractual terms

2. Customer Reporting & Reconciliation

Verify report and liaise with customers to verify, reconcile, and validate billing data
Investigate and resolve discrepancies, disputes, or billing variances

3. Month-End Closing Support

Assist in month-end closing activities related to transport billing
Prepare and maintain transport accruals to ensure completeness of revenue and expenses
Ensure transactions are recorded in the correct accounting period (minimize cross-month billing issues)

4. Data Accuracy & Control

Ensure accuracy and completeness of billing data in the system

5. Documentation & Audit Support

Maintain proper documentation for invoices, reports, and reconciliation workings
Support audit requests by providing relevant schedules and documents

6. Coordination & Communication

Act as key liaison between customers and internal finance/accounts team
Respond to customer inquiries related to invoices, reports, and charges

Seremban Vacancy:

Able handle full set of trading accounts
Ensuring proper maintenance of account transactions in compliance to statutory and requirements
Reconciliation of the intercompany accounts, bank reconciliation, accurate posting entries, fixed assets register
Liaison with company Secretary, auditor, tax department and other government departments
Responsible in the timely preparation of full set of accounts, weekly, month-end, and financial year end closing with Note to Accounts and all related accounts schedules. Preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly management reports.
Handle finance functions including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and perform accounts reconciliations.
Assisting with cash flow, payments, and bank-related matters
Support audit and tax submission such as prepare audit and tax schedules for year-end finalization.
Experience in e-invoicing

Job Requirements:

Qualifications: Minimum LCCI/ Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent;
At least 3 years working experience in accounting department;
Required language(s): Mandarin (preference), English, Bahasa Malaysia;
Able to work independently with minimum supervision;
Positive working attitude and responsible;
Familiar with MS Offices application, Microsoft Dynamics.

Job Responsibilities :

To handle Interview, recruit non executive staff and workers for both the company and sub company to meet their manpower requirements.
Supervise the safe custody, retrieval and updating of personnel files and records.
To follow up on all industrial accident cases in the company.
To liaise with SOCSO on any industrial accident claim.
To ensure that all training claims with Human Resources Development Council are being followed up.
To prepare the monthly manpower statistics.
Assist the HR Manager in arranging for training programs
Provide counselling to the employees.
Assist the HR Manager in following up on disciplinary cases in the production.
To attend to the foreign workers’ welfare needs in accordance to common practices within Malaysian law.
To ensure that the general office areas, reception, telecommunication and office equipment are well maintained and in serviceable conditions.
To organize and ensure maintenance and good housekeeping of the company’s property.
Issue insurance for transshipment of roller to supplier site
Handle risk insurance and insurance claims
Assist the HR Manager in monitoring guard tour patrol report, schedules and assignments of security guards.
Handle maintenance of company vehicles, application of transfer ownership, petrol card, renewal of car insurance & road tax.
To handle maintenance of company property & tenancy agreement.
To handle maintenance of office building (pest control, hygiene service, repair & maintenance) and office equipment
Liaise with government authorities (Majlis Pembandaran , Jabatan Alam Sekitar, Pengarah Tanah dan Galian, Malaysian Investment Development Authority)
