• Hands-on experience dealing with on Incident, Request, Change and problem management.  Preferably holding a current qualification of at least ITILv3  

• Technical qualifications such as Comptia A+, Network +, Microsoft certification would be advantageous.  

• Experience in supporting networking related issues would be advantages.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to support local and international projects and will work closely with our multidisciplinary engineers and consultants across our network. You’ll be supporting a growing number of projects and liaising directly with teams across our diverse markets. 
 
The Opportunity  

• Design of mechanical systems including air conditioning, mechanical ventilation, fire protection services and sanitary systems in building services. 
• Contribute and/or lead the delivery of projects in the building services space, and ensuring technical deliverables are on-time and within budget. 
• Play an active role contributing to technical excellence in our Mechanical Practice.

About you:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and or related field. 
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering/building services industry in a consulting firm essential. Candidates with more years of experience may be considered for a more senior-level position within the team.   
• Working towards professional or chartered engineering status. 
• Understanding of local regulatory and building code requirements. 
• Motivated and enthusiastic with a growth mindset. 
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to communicate complex issues and concepts clearly, succinctly and with influence.

• Assist in qualifying leads, gathering basic technical/project information, and scheduling meetings for senior staff.

• Perform first-touch calls or emails to introduce products/services and identify basic technical requirements and potential scope of work.

• Draft simple quotations, Bill of Materials (BOMs), and basic sales proposals based on standard templates, submitting them for senior/executive review.

•  Maintain updated and accurate records of leads, deals, customer details, and sales activities in the CRM system for accurate forecasting.

• File proposals, quotations, contracts, and tender/pre-qualification documents for compliance and audit readiness.

•  Liaise with operations, finance, and administration teams to check project availability, timelines, and technical requirements to ensure a smooth post-deal closure and project handover.

• Assist the Accounts team by providing documentation (POs, DOs, sign-offs) needed for timely customer invoicing and initial payment tracking.
