Provide skill guidance for the daily operations of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and technician training, and, if necessary, provide services to customers.
Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure efficiency, cleanliness, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
Team Leadership: Plan staff schedules, manage manpower deployment, and support hiring/training to maintain high service standards.
Customer Service & Sales: Handle customer queries, build long-term client relationships, and promote TCM services/products to meet revenue targets.
Administrative Duties: Maintain inventory of herbal products and supplies, handle booking systems/POS, and prepare operational reports.
